It's so nice and very easy to have a contractor that I trust. Kenny and his guys were completely reliable. They were on time, courteous, and they did excellent and fast work on my roof. We ended up having to replace 84 sheets of plywood but they handled it in stride. There's no standing around talking or killing time. When they were here they were working. Kenny uses the latest technology to investigate your roof conditions before and after. The Drone pictures and videos exposed the condition of my roof to me. Even the clean up was exceptional and was a ongoing thing the entire time they were here. Kenny was so concerned about a few nails behind the shrubs he stayed and even called one of his employees to bring a portable magnet to complete the job. He put a tarp over the area to protect it until he could return to repair with the shingles that I have on my home. He repaired my roof today. Highly recommend this company! Kenneth and his crew did a fantastic job on my roof and helped me replace the ceiling on the inside of the house where the leak came through. When I called for a quote they came out the same day and gave me an estimate (for a more than fair price) and they were able to get me in within a week or so to do the roof replacement. When they came out to put the new roof on, they started at 8 am and had the old roof off by noon. The underlayment (tongue and groove) was replaced and the new shingles completely done by 5pm the same day. Really prompt service, more than fair price, outstanding group of guys who put in a lot of hard work at the best quality you could ever ask for. I in the past few months I have had a new roof completed on my home in Morehead city, NC. I asked friends about recommendations and I was told by a trusted friend that Keneth Mills roofing was the place to call. I called Mr. Mills. Mr Mills came out the next day. We talked about what I wanted and what he thought would be best and we came to an agreement. Two or three weeks later he and his crew were at my house and the process was started and completed without issue. We went with a white steel standing seam roof. Kenneth Mills came the same day my son called and asked if he could stop by to check on a leak that we had. He checked it and came back the next morning and replaced a few rows of shingles that matched almost perfectly and replaced 3 vents also. Ken and his crew definitely ticked off all the boxes that were important for me when I hired him to replace all my wood deck railings with PVC ones. He came on time the day he quoted the job, was prompt in sending me a quote which was reasonable, showed up for the job when he said he would and delivered quality work. He and his crew came on the weekend, discussed with me everything that was needed, gave me a fair price and made the necessary repairs quickly. We had Kenneth put a new roof on our house, he estimated 2.5 days and got done the 2nd day. With full roof underlayment. Outstanding work by Kenneth and his crew. He only uses high quality materials and was priced great. I accidentally drilled through the new roof (installing security cams) the next day, he came out and fixed it free of charge. Echo the previous comments about Kenneth and his crew. When was the last time you had this kind of work done ahead of schedule and under budget with stellar results? Kenneth and his crew showed up every day (even weekends) early in the morning and worked until after dark to finish our job in a timely manner. After sustaining some water damage, they re-sided our entire house with Hardie Plank, and replaced our shingle roof with seamless metal, as well as replacing some windows and skylights.
